ANTIPHONARIUM CUM COLLECTIS, CAPITULIS, HYMNIS ET NONNULLIS LECTIONIBUS.The observance ofTrinity Sunday indicates that the manuscript was produced after 1334. In that year the feast was promoted to universal use by pope Johannes XXII. Agrees closely with the use of the diocese of Linköping, Breviarium Lincopense 1950-1958 passim. The sanctorale ignores St. Helen of Skövde (31st of July, can. in 1164 ?). In the ecclesiastical province of Uppsala her cult seems to have become popular in the latter half of the 14th century, which can be seen on the basis of extant sources. The rhymed office for her. Salve decus patriae, is traditionally considered to be the work of bishop Brynolphus of Skara (1278-1317), but Milveden 1972 (a) has tried to disprove this view, claiming (idem p. 43) that the real author was a younger bishop of the same city, Petrus Laurentij (1322-1336). See Helander 1957 p. 182, Milveden 1969 c. 314 (notes as well) and the review accompanying the description of Antiphoner No. 156; Helander 2001 pp. 31 1.
