The so-called Rosa rörans office, encountered in this fragment, was written by bishop Nicolaus Hermanni (1374-1391) between the death of St. Bridget in 1373 and her canonization in 1391. Thus we know the terminus post quern. If the observance was meant for the feast of the canonization, the earliest date of completing the manuscript is 1391, because the celebration took place in that year, on the 7th and 8th of October.
