2 folios. 12-12.5 x ? cm. 1 column, 10 (or more) lines. Consists of two horizontal strips. The bottom of the bifolium is missing, as well as the outer edge off. 1 in the upper strip.The green colour substance of a large initial has eaten holes into the parchment.
13th d". Two large initials are present: one dark red, and one emperor green, highlighted with red. Small initials in text ink. Early quadratic notation of very small size on a brown four-line staff (7.5-9 mm). Line-fillers (red line) under melismas in some places. Remnants of actual neumatic signs. Beside the usual c, the letters d, b rotundum and a are used as clefs. Photograph off. V on p. 18. In letters (18th of June 2000,18th of August 2000) to the present writer, Dr. K.D. Hartzell suggests that this manuscript was produced in England in the 12th century.

The bifolium was once attached to another vellum (now unknown).
