13-14th cc. Large initials: 1) blue (various tones), 2) red, and 3) dark green. One twocoloured large initial is also visible, consisting of red and white elements. Bears a stylistic resemblance to Antiphoner No. 15, (Franciscan), but there is no reason why Antiphoner No. 39 (Franciscan) could not be work by the same scriptorium.

The rhymed office for St. Antony of Padua (can. 1232) is considered to be the work of Julian of Speyer (d. ca. 1250), compiled between 1241 and 1249, which provides the terminus a quo. "S'The order of the great responsories (ten) is stated in roman numerals written in the margin.
